Try doing some very slow and deep stroking and allow yourself to practice the "push" you have learned in the exercises. Do the push for a few strokes and then do the clench for a few strokes. Wow.

Now try pushing and clenching in rhythm as you slowly pump. Another wow. Set your own pace, you will discover what feels best to you. Push while pumping in; clench while pulling out on the stroke. Now try it the opposite way.

Push just before you clench to control your orgasm, before you approach the "point of inevitability" and enjoy that wonderful sensation. When you finally do decide to release and ejaculate, push instead of clench at the moment of ejaculation.

A word of warning here. CONTROLLED EJACULATION IS NOT A FORM OR METHOD OF BIRTH CONTROL! Don’t think it is and don’t ever bullshit a lady into thinking it is. Most men will be leaking a clear fluid from their penis that is produced during sexual excitement to aid in lubrication. Maybe not the millions contained in your ejaculate, but enough to impregnate that fertile woman you are about to penetrate.

This is part of the reason why the withdrawal method of birth control is such a dismal failure. Most men (not all and perhaps not every time) will produce this fluid and it will contain enough live sperm cells to fertilize an ovum.

Just because you don’t see this fluid doesn’t mean you aren’t producing it. Almost all men do, just in varying amounts. One of the authors regularly produces about a half teaspoon each lovemaking session that he delays ejaculation. Another only notices a drop or two. We have read about men that produce amounts that can be measured by the fractions of cups, i.e.; a quarter cup of fluid before ejaculating. We don’t deny the possibility of this at all. We’ve never seen it, but it could be possible.

You do need to be aware of the fact that just because you can stifle ejaculation, doesn’t mean you have discovered a new form of birth control. YOU CAN STILL IMPREGNATE A WOMAN, even if you do not ejaculate.

It’s true. And if you do, you will now have a responsibility towards the child you produce.

Now that you know how to do the exercises, let’s look at the timing of our workout plan.

Please perform each step, each and every day designated for practice.

1.Begin by gently stretching your penis out by grasping around the head and pulling outward. Then rotate the penis, pulling to the left, then downward, then to the right, then upwards and finally straight outwards again. This is the length extender workout. Eventually you can work yourself up to 30 minutes of this exercise, but that’s after you’ve been doing it for at least a few months.
